There are just a few days before the opening of the hotel "Kharkiv Palace". "In "Kharkiv Palace" for the first time in Ukraine there will be a new concept of restaurant of Pacific Rim cuisine, which combines the traditions of the region from Japan to California. This cuisine uses fresh products in combination with mild herbs and spices from the Pacific coast. Oleg Bolotov added that the hotel will have another interesting conceptual facility. This is a Viennese cafe, where guests will be offered a fresh batch of pastry on European recipes from Austrian chef, that will give authenticity to cakes, pastries, sweets and even snacks.
Also, the hotel plans to open a gourmet shop "Gourmet Berezks" where visitors will be able to purchase unique products from a wide range of delicacies that will be presented only in this store, and a sky bar of "Kharkiv Palace" will be, convinced the president of "Premier International", one of the best ones in town.
