Serhii Panov has been working in the financial sector for 27 years, out of which 20 years in senior positions. Has a profound legal and banking expertise and huge professional and managerial experience.

Before his appointment to the position at Bank Credit Dnipro, occupied senior positions at DCH and UKRSIBBANK of BNP Paribas Group.

Graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine, majoring in Law, and V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, majoring in Banking.

Andriy Semchenko has been working in the insurance industry since 2007. He holds an MBA from the International Institute of Business and two honors degrees in Finance and Business Administration. He has also completed international training in underwriting with the Generali Insurance Group and leading Western reinsurers.

At INGO, he has held a range of senior roles, including Head of the Department for Work with International Companies and Brokers, Head of the Reinsurance and International Business Department, and Director of Underwriting and Corporate Business.

Mr. Meinser is responsible for the implementation of the long-term strategy of ORANTA insurance company aimed at taking the leading market positions.

His work in financial services started in 1994. He worked in the markets of Poland, Lithuania, and Romania, and entered the Ukrainian market in 2004. One of his substantial contributions is bringing the insurance company he headed to the top-10 market players. His employment with ORANTA started in May 2021 at the position of the Chief Manager. In 2021, Mr. Meinser was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Board of ORANTA.

Graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland) majoring in Marketing and Management. MBA: International Finances and Management.

Vitalii Bash develops the mining and metallurgical assets of DCH Group (Dniprovskyi Metallurgical Plant and Sukha Balka Minery) concentrated at DCH Steel. His work experience in the industry is more than 20 years. Occupied senior positions at Interpipe and Ukrainian Mining Company.

Graduated from Dnipro National University (Physical and Technical Faculty) and received an MBA in Edinburgh Business School (the UK).

Oleksii Nikolaienko develops one of the engineering assets of DCH Group. His work experience in the engineering is about 10 years. Occupied senior positions at Kyiv Public Joint-Stock Commercial Bank , GrinCo Group, PC HС ENERGINETWORK

Has three higher educations (Master of Law, Mechanic Engineer, Financial Economist).
