By «Kharkiv Palace» the city will compensate the deficiency of five-star hotels of Kharkiv for Euro. This was announced by the chief investor of construction of the hotel Alexander Yaroslavskiy. He emphasized that if there was a competition among the best hotels in Euro 2012, this new project certainly would win.
"The budget of the hotel is 126 million dollars, it has 180 rooms and an area of 24 thousand square meters. During the continental championship 2012 the UEFA family will be located here "- mentioned the president of the Kharkov "Metalist ".
He added that it is important for UEFA, that the hotel was convenient and comfortable, and «Kharkiv Palace» completely fulfills these requirements.
According to the President of «Premier Hotels» Oleg Bolotov, the prices for hotel rooms are being planned now, and there is a clear business plan for the work of the object.
"We understand that the hotel is built for the tournament, which will last for a month, but we have a clear strategy of how it should work and gain profit after the championship. The hotel will become a visiting card of Kharkiv", - said the expert.
As UEFA operational director Martin Kallen told, after the foundation of the hotel had just been laid UEFA had no reservations about contracting this hotel.
