90% of rooms of the 5-star hotel "Kharkiv Palace" is already booked for Euro 2012. This before the opening ceremony of the hotel said "SQ" hotel director Olga Sokolenko. According to her, the hotel will be operating from February 1. Now they recruit staff (60% of staff has been already recruited) and they are negotiating with tour operators.
O. Sokolenko told that the cost of a standard room will be UAH 1600 per day, rooms with high comfort - 1900 UAH\day, Presidential Suite - 6000 UAH\day.

Investments from DCH Group Chairman Aleksander Yaroslavskiy in the hotel's construction is 126 million dollars. Its capacity is 180 rooms. The hotel complex - an underground level (parking for 54 spaces) and 13 floors above ground. On the ground floor "Kharkiv Palace" has lobby, shopping and entertainment facilities, a cafe, a lobby bar. On the second floor - a restaurant, a multifunctional hall, business center and administrative area of the hotel. From the 3rd to 10th floor there will be available hotel rooms, including two-bedroom presidential "lux". On the top floor there were planned SPA-center and a restaurant with panoramic views of the Svobody square on which the hotel is situated. The hotel will have 5 restaurants.
During the finals of the UEFA European Football Championship in 2012, according to the signed with UEFA agreement, "Kharkiv Palace" will accommodate the headquarters of European football union. Here will live UEFA target groups (the so-called "UEFA family").
