Pace of preparing Kharkiv to Euro-2012 surprised Viktor Yanukovych. Leader of the Party of Regions visited some key facilities of preparing the region for the future European football championship within the frames of the one-day on-the-spot visit to Kharkiv region on the 23d of June.
He visited Kharkiv International Airport together with Mykhaylo Dobkin, the Mayor of the city, Dmiytryi Shentsev, the head of the regional headquarters of the Party of Regions, Viktor Korzh and Yuliia Kovaliova, the public deputies, and Alexander Yaroslavskyi, the President of DCH Company (the strategic investor of preparing the city to Euro-2012) where he checked out the course of works on construction new terminal.
