Top management of the network SEC "Caravan" has met with retailers-tenants for the presentation of the management company team, discuss strategic developments and tactical coordination mechanisms.
Representatives of 211 retail operators took part in a series of specially organized events.

In particular, the management of the network executives SEC "Caravan" shared their strategic plan, aimed at increasing attendance and turnover. "We intend, with your help to change our mentality from algorithms of thinking as adeveloper to the algorithms of thinking as a retailer, since we realize that this way we can strengthen the competitive position of our facilities. Also, we understand that our first priority is to attract a larger target thread that, as a consequence, increase the turnover of the SEC, and, therefore, your income. Thus, together we will create a new product, focusing on the level of service to our visitors", - said General Director of Network Daniil Vladov.
Separately were highlighted the issues of attracting new international brands and strengthening the composition of tenants, as well as the development of the entertainment component of SEC. "Our shopping mall - above all - a place of family entertainment on the weekends. Therefore, our main goal, as a developer, is to provide you a high turnover at the weekend, which will balance the expected cash flow for the week", - said Lyubov Tsapenkova, director of property management.
Also the questions about intensification of marketing strategy of SEC, including event-marketing, were touched.
