Wizz Air Ukraine Director General Akos Bus reported that the low-cost airline is considering launching of new flights from Kharkiv, Ukraine, to Germany, Italy, and Spain.
According to him, the airline is satisfied with its partnership with the local airport, as well as sales level for the new flight to Kutaisi, Georgia, therefore they are considering opening of new flights.
“There are certain conditions for opening of new flights. Particularly, obtaining the license. We are now considering launching of new flights to those destinations to which we already operate our flights from other cities of Ukraine,” – noted Bus.
He says that the company is not interested in domestic flights at the moment.
Meanwhile, Kharkiv airport authorities are counting on partnership with the low-cost carrier to launch a flight to Poland.
We remind that a direct flight from Kharkiv to Kutaisi was opened on July 1.
