New clothes stores to open in Karavan shopping mall

Karavan shopping malls chain has got a great incentive with the change of its management team and transition of the respective objects into the control of CDA Real Estate (working within DCH Group), and now the mall’s pool of tenants is enlarging with famous trademarks from leading retailers, reports Building.ua.

The following famous brands are going to open their stores in Karavan shopping mall during August and September this year: O’stin, Camper, Crocs, Joop, Jack Wolfskin, Chicco, Dom Igrushek (“the house of toys”), Alessandro Azarini, Suvari, Frantini. New operators of food court zone will open in the shopping mall during the same period, namely, Frogurtino, Bobo Bar, Fresh Point, Lakomka (“sweet-tooth”), Fresh Factory, Salateira, etc. The shopping mall will also introduce some changes into its entertainment complex: an agreement on cooperation has already been reached, and a respective contract with a popular cinema chain has been signed.

“Our shopping malls are rapidly changing for the better. During the last couple of months, we were vigorously working on creating the most comfortable and safe shopping and family entertainment conditions for our customers. At the same time, we are working hard to improve the system of business processes and modernization of our shopping centers. Besides, we pay special attention to enlarging the pool of tenants and building open partnership relations with them. We hope that our guests will like the changes in our pool of tenants, which they will already see this fall in our Kyiv mall. However, our company is not going to stop at the achieved goals. We will share our new development plans in the nearest future,” stated the CDA Real Estate director of the property management department Liubov Tsapenkova.
