Airport Kharkiv completed installation of air bridges. The photographs posted on the forum avianews.com with passenger flying to Dubai show that the sleeves are already attached to the landing galleries. Now there are only works on their arrangement.
Thus, Kharkiv became the third airport in the country, where the terminal is equipped with air bridges.
Now in Ukraine the sleeves are used only at the Boryspil airport (2 units). They are also installed in a new terminal of Lviv airport (4 units), but not yet used.
In total Kharkiv airport will have 2 sleeves that can be used for boarding and unloading of passengers, both for domestic and international flights. They will start working in the summer.
With a further increase in passenger traffic in Kharkiv the airport can install an additional one sleeve.
