The reconstruction of the Kharkiv airport with the construction of a new runway is 61% made. This Information Centre "Ukraine-2012" was told in the National Agency of Euro 2012 (Ukrevroinfraproekt).
The total volume of construction works on covering the runway is: without the top layer of concrete M400 - 1850 m, including ready covering - 1800 m. 155 people and 112 vehicles work on the facility.
Kharkiv airport began the reconstruction in August 2009 and it will be finished in the IV quarter of 2011.
