Every day on the main square of Kharkiv you can watch the construction of the building of a new five-star hotel «Kharkiv Palace». And today a grand scale that accompanies the object is noticeable. The hotel will be able not only to occupy the empty site, which is located between the Kharkiv University and hotel Kharkiv, but also to decorate one of the largest squares in the world. According to the company www.socmart.com.ua, as it became known, during the European Football Championships in 2012 this hotel is planned to accommodate the UEFA target groups, as well as UEFA mini-headquarters. The date when the hotel will be open is already known - this is 5 December this year, which will also be his birthday of the general investor Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi. The fact that the object will be commissioned on time leaves no doubts even for the tournament director Markiyan Lubkivsky. The plan for construction work is performed in full and everything is going according to schedule. Works are going on weekends and on holidays - 350 people are working there day and night, and, according to Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi percent of readiness is changing all the time - and for the better.
Also, the investor said that the highlight of the hotel will be its aerodynamics from all sides - people will go around it and there will not be any obstacles. According to Socmart specialists, the hotel consists of 13 floors and places 180. On the ground floor will be a casino and on the second - ballroom for 2000 peolpe. Another highlight of Kharkiv Palace - the roof, where they plan to create the summer cafe with panoramic view of the city. In addition to the internal improvement, builders are also carrying the work on external modernization. Around each part of the hotel there was almost laid marble steps. Also, the entrance to the subway stations "Derzhprom" was completely redesigned.
