DCH is a partner of the 10th YES Annual Meeting

The 10th Yalta Annual Meeting entitled “Changing Ukraine in a Changing World: Factors of Success” started on 19 September 2013.

The President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė officially opened the forum on September 20.

The 42nd President of the USA Bill Clinton and the former Prime Minister of the UK Tony Blair are also expected at the meeting.

According to the organizers’ concept, more than 250 leading representatives of political, business, and public circles from over 20 countries will discuss the global challenges and their influence on Ukraine, Wider Europe, and the world during the 10th Yalta meeting.  In particular, among the speakers of the forum will be Carl Bildt, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden; Stefan Fule, EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy; Leonid Kuchma, President of Ukraine (1994 – 2005); Aleksander Kwasniewski, President of Poland (1995-2005) and Chairman of the Board of YES; Gerhard Schröder, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany (1998-2005); Mario Monti, 54th Prime Minister of Italy (2011 – 2012).

Considering the public significance of the subject matters discussed at the 10th Yalta Annual Meeting, DCH Group became its partner. The owner and president of DCH Aleksander Yaroslavskiy is also participating in the event.

Yalta European Strategy (YES) is known to be the largest public diplomacy institution in Eastern Europe that supports open and equitable dialogue on global problems among the European Union, Ukraine, Russia, and other countries.

We remind that DCH Group is being a partner of the said forum for the second time (in September 2010 the group supported the 7th Yalta Annual Meeting, organized by YES). Furthermore, in January 2011 DCH was the partner of Ukrainian Lunch at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
