Dolzhenko specified that DCH investment process into Vozdvyzhenka project went through 2 stages: at the first stage, $ 50 million was invested into construction of the objects put into service before 2007; at the second stage, $ 19 million was used for completion of the housing development construction and creation of a living environment.

It is limited by Vozdvyshens’ka, Kozhemyats’ka, Dehtyarna, and Honcharna streets in Honchary-Kozhemyaky district. The construction of the housing development began in 2002.
