Budget for reconstruction of the old terminal of airport "Kharkiv" could be up to 6 million dollars. This to RBC-Ukraine said the deputy director of the company-operator of the international airport "Kharkiv", New Systems AM Vitaliy Nedashkovskiy.

He noted that at present the final amount has not been defined, but presumably the cost of work is measured in the 5-6 million dollars.

According to V. Nedashkovskiy, complete reconstruction is planned in accordance with the plans that have been agreed with UEFA, namely in December 2011. He did not rule out that in fact the reconstruction of the existing terminal could be completed ahead of schedule.

V. Nedashkovskiy also stressed that the project, as well as building a new terminal is fully funded by private investor - Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy and budget funds are not used in it.

"DCH Group is a main investor in this reconstruction, it was assigned with the function of financing works. The general contractor is LLC Stalconstructsiya, project work are carried out by Arkstoun.

According to him, now all the resources of the DCH Group are focused on the objects associated with Kharkiv's preparation for Euro-2012. "Namely: the completion of the reconstruction of international airport "Kharkiv" (Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy`s total investment will be 80 million dollars), construction of a 5-star hotel on Svobody square, which will cost a businessman 80 million dollars", - said V. Nedashkovskyy.
