Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy will invest 80 million dollars in hotel building in Kharkiv

The Ukrainian businessman Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy has started to build five-stars hotel in Kharkiv.

Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy who participates in 7th annual Yalta forum YES has informed "Delo" about the plans to construct «corresponding to all world standards» five-stars hotel. The sum of investments of the project makes 80 million dollars.

According to the businessman, he plans to finish construction next year: «Now we completed a ground floor. We build fast – you will not have time to return yet from this forum, and we will already finish», - Yaroslavskyy joked, having added that putting the hotel into operation is planned for 2011.

The businessman has not wanted to answer a question about who will operate hotel after its start, having referred that now there are negotiations with leading world hotel networks. However, "Delo" managed to learn that Yaroslavskyy carries on negotiations with well-known American network of hotels Sheraton and does not exclude its arrival to Ukraine.

We remind, that from September, 30th till October, 3rd, 2010 in the Livadijsky palace of Yalta there will be 7th Yalta annual meeting "Ukraine and the world: reconsideration of prospects", organised by the Yalta European strategy (YES) in partnership with Victor Pinchuk's Fund.

This year main themes of the largest non-governmental forum concerning global integration of Ukraine which passes since 2004, became:
Reconsideration of base approaches in economy, the politician and the international relations;

Discussion of key global problems and threats – in particular, climate changes, and also various models of modernization of the countries in the conditions of the modern world.
