Hotel on Svobody Square Kharkіv Palace is planned to be opened on a birthday of businessman Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi.
This the investor told reporters during a press tour of Euro 2012 objects in Kharkiv. According to Iaroslavskyi, the hotel is planned to be opened on Dec. 5, 2011.
Sergiy Evel, director of "Stalconstructsia": There is a difficulty. Such objects have not been built in Kharkiv. Nevertheless, we have calculated and thought through everything, the object will be commissioned. At present, the readiness of the facility is high, we are ahead of schedule."
Hotel construction began in April this year. The building is being constructed by company DCH. According to Iaroslavskyi, the construction costs 100 million dollars.
The 13-story high-rise will have 180 rooms. On the first floor they plan to place a casino on the second - a banquet hall for two thousand people. In the last two floors will be a spa and swimming pool on the roof - open-air cafe.
Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi, a businessman: "The task of the architect was to make such a format, so that it did not stand out from the general format of a horseshoe, which borders the square. That is Gosprom building, university. It fits into the style. This is not a French luxury. It will be sufficiently restrained, discreet luxury".
