On May 1, NEW SYSTEMS HOLDING LLC owned by Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi, the DCH Group’s beneficiary, received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire control over NATION DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LLC.
This AMCU permission to acquire the said legal entity was obtained under a standard legal procedure as part of a preliminary review of potential investments. Such permissions are often initiated at early stages while the Company is exploring new markets or assets. This is neither a guarantee nor confirmation of any final intention to implement the investment.
DCH examines various business segments, including emerging or non-traditional ones, on a regular basis in order to develop a comprehensive picture of market opportunities. In the process of profound expert assessment, we take into consideration various types of risks, regulatory frameworks and long-term values. Like many other projects, we decided not to implement this one following such an assessment, focusing instead on those areas where we see strategic synergy with our current investments and values.
