On 1 May 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted permission to the company, which is part of the DCH investment group, to acquire joint control over DRAGTON ENTERPRISES LIMITED, Kasta’s parent company.
Kasta.ua is one of the largest marketplaces in Ukraine, specialising in the online sale of consumer goods.
Andriy Lohvin, the founder and CEO of Kasta, will continue to play a key role in managing the business while receiving comprehensive support from strategic investors.

AMCU also granted CONSULT SYSTEM LLC, Artem Aleksandrov’s investment company, permission to acquire joint control of Kasta with DCH and Andriy Lohvin.
