The five-star hotel, which is planned to be built in the center of Kharkiv on Svobody Square for Euro 2012, will have 12 floors, which will house approximately 170 luxury rooms.

"On the ground floor will be a parking for 50 cars, the first three floors will occupy common areas, restaurants, business center, sports facilities and retail outlets, administrative and technical areas. The remaining 9 floors will be given directly to the apartments, in particular, the presidential suite and four lounge rooms" - told the agency.
According to him, the total area of hotel rooms will be more than 5 thousand square meters. Retail premises and catering establishments will take another 2 thousand sq. m. For a business center, according to the project, were allocated about 1,5 thousand square meters - it will house meeting rooms, ballrooms, etc.
At the same time, said the specialist, the final appearance of the hotel, interior trim and specific equipment of the objects "will be determined after the choice of the operator of the hotel."
As UNIAN reported earlier, the president of DCH, the investor Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy previously noted that DCH began construction of the 5-star hotel in Kharkiv, and are currently the land is under excavation. In construction of the hotel will be engaged in Ukrainian construction company. Negotiations with the operators of the hotel industry are going, and it will be partners of the top five operators in the world. "New hotel is planned to "fit perfectly" into a classic architectural complex of one of the biggest squares in Europe, where there are buildings of the National Karazina University, Gosprom, former Kharkiv Military University (Govorova Academy) and hotel "Kharkiv". "This will be the best hotel in Ukraine - the one and only", - said A. Yaroslavskyy, adding that for the first time in Kharkiv a five-star hotel will be built from scratch. The hotel, in Yaroslavskyy's words will be built within the required time…". "I promise. And it will be six, even seven stars ", - joked the businessman.
In accordance with the state program of preparation for Euro-2012, Kharkiv should prepare for the championship games 88 hotels, 65 of them - for the UEFA target groups with total amount of 4,100 rooms.
