Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy`s DCH group started the project of the bus station for Euro-2012

For the convenience of passengers the bus station in Kharkov airport will be built directly on the forecourt in front of airport complex

DCH Group began designing the bus station, which is planned to be built on the square in front of the International Airport "Kharkiv". This object Boris Kolesnikov, Deputy Prime Minister on Euro-2012, assigned to build to Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy - general investor and coordinator of Kharkiv preparation for this tournament

Development of transport infrastructure of the city is one of the key priorities for the preparation of Kharkiv for Euro 2012. We speak about intercity transport, including aviation, as well as about the inner city public transport. Construction of the bus station near the International airport "Kharkiv" is an element of the concept of the route network on which the passenger can comfortably get to the airport, not only by taxi or private car, but also on public transport. For the convenience of passengers the bus station in Kharkov airport will be built directly on the forecourt in front of airport complex.

Architect of the building is LLC "NII Harkovproekt" - an institute that drafts projects of the detailed city master plan. General requirements for comfort and safety and UEFA requirements relating to transport between the airport and the Metalist stadium will be considered when drafting the new bus station.

VOLODYMYR VASYLCHENKO, CEO of New Systems AM (DCH group, the investing company of "International Airport "Kharkiv" reconstruction) confirmed the readiness of Kharkiv to fulfill orders of government: "After a complete renovation, the area will take about 600 cars and 20 large buses. This fully meets the UEFA requirements for Euro-2012 ".
