On September, 3 in Beijing within the official visit of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych to China was the Ukrainian-Chinese business forum, which was attended by representatives of business and political elite of both countries.
After speeches of heads of the states the representatives of business circles took the floor.
As news agency IA "MOST-KHARKIV" has been informed in DCH press-service, the general investor and the coordinator of Kharkiv preparation for Euro-2012 Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy in his report has presented the project of creation of the logistical centre at the International airport "Kharkiv".
"Thanks to its unique geographical location - including near the Russian border - Kharkiv is perfect for such a project. In addition, there are still many factors of success. As you know, Kharkiv – is host Euro 2012city, which means that companies that will participate in the project will have an opportunity to declare themselves an international scale. And, finally, in the International Airport "Kharkiv" there was built the first private terminal in Ukraine, with which the logistics centre will operate as a single complex. And that means that there will be no paperwork, everything would be solved quickly "- said Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy.
DCH president also drew attention to the fact that the International airport "Kharkiv" is an example of successful public-private partnership ($ 80 million in construction and reconstruction of the airport complex was invested by a businessman, and 137.5 million dollars for the reconstruction of the airfield and the construction of new runway will be provided by the state on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine), and the new private terminal became the first "aircraft" object of Euro 2012 in Ukraine, put into operation.
DCH president rated investments in the creation of a logistics centre at 300 million dollars: "We are ready to begin the project tomorrow. And I invite Chinese companies to be its co-investors - in any proportion. Moreover, the favorable investment climate is guaranteed: just read the last Presidential Decree on the establishment of the Council of domestic and foreign investors, to be sure "- said Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy.
As previously reported, Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy is a part of the official Ukrainian delegation, which arrived in China together with Viktor Yanukovych.
