In Uniform State Register of Legal Entities, Sole Proprietors and Public Organizations information about Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, owner and President of DCH Group, being the ultimate beneficiary of public company “Kharkov Tractor Plant” (KhTP) has appeared.
Businessman purchased batch of KhTP shares in April 2015, and later concentrated 92% of shares in his ownership.
Looking back, on January 6th of the current year the plant started its work after the lie time of many months caused by the range of legal obstacles, which were the reason for DCH USD 8 million negative profit.
According to Yaroslavsky’s announcement during the World Economic Forum, in the nearest future KhTP expels first unites of equipments. It is planned to reach monthly output of products of 150 plants. UAH 400 million was set aside by Oleksand Yaroslavsky for reconstruction of producing facilities on KhTP.
In order to empower human source and innovative potential of the enterprise, Memorandum of strategic partnership with Karazin National University of Kharkov, one of the oldest and the most successful Ukrainian high schools, according to international rankings, was signed.
According to mass media, the general amount of Yaroslavky’s investments in the development of Kharkov region exceeded $ 1 billion with $ 300 million being invested in preparing infrastructure of Kharkov for Euro-2012.
