The Swiss company Swissport from December 1, will launch ground servicing at the airport "Kharkiv".
As was reported by DCH press service, in the Kharkiv airport company will be dealing in passenger registration and shuttle buses to the aircraft, providing bridges, alignment and control of the loading of aircraft. For passenger service Swissport plans to use its own special low-floor apron buses and bridges. The new equipment is purchased and is already at the airport.
As Ukrinform correspondent was told in the press service of the airport "Kharkiv", the new terminal will fully work from December 1. Everything for the opening of several tourism offices and airlines has already been prepared. For example, Kyi Avia will open the first.
Also border and customs services representations are fully prepared for work. Airport "Kharkiv" will be the second airport in Ukraine (after Kyiv "Borispol") in which will be introduced so-called system of electronic migration cards.

International airport "Kharkiv" is being reconstructed in preparation of Kharkiv for the finals of Euro 2012. Reconstruction began after the company "New Systems AM" (included in DCH group) on April 1 2008 won the competition for the rental of a complete property complex of the Kharkiv airport. Construction and reconstruction of Kharkiv airport is scheduled for completion until 2011. Airport will have a maximum capacity of 25.5 thousand passengers within 10 hours. This capacity will provide a new terminal with a capacity of 13 thousand passengers, the existing terminal provides 2,5 thousand passengers and a temporary terminal - 10 thousand passengers.
