Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi`s Ukrainian mining company increased sales in 2010 to 38%

Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi`s Ukrainian Mining Company, which is part of DCH IM (Development construction holding), from January to April this year increased its sales by 38% over the same period last year. So, for four months, the company sold about 315 thousand tons of rubble and 92,2 tons of dropout. Total sales amounted to 407.2 thousand tons against 295.8 thousand tons for the first four months of 2009.

"These results were achieved by the entire team. Sales grew because of several factors, including active marketing policy and a significant improvement in product quality", - said UGDK General Director Vitaly Bash.

According to him, the increase in demand for UGDK products from major consumers - the largest concrete and asphalt plants in Ukraine, CIS and Eastern Europe played a significant role. In addition, partly the increase in sales of rubble and dropout was due to the active participation of enterprises in the process of preparation to Euro-2012.
The plan for 2010 forecasts 40% increase in sales compared with the previous period - up to 2,2 million tons. UGDK management notes that currently the company operates in full compliance with the approved plan of production and sales.
