Taking into consideration the fact that Odessa Port Plant PSC together with the State Property Fund of Ukraine is seeking, according to the enterprise’s management, companies interested in taking the integral property complex on lease, DCH Group confirms that they are interested in the asset.
Our positive experience in developing the enterprise belonging to the same branch of industry (Azot PJSC, Cherkasy) testifies that DCH has the necessary competences as well as institutional and resource capacities. The legal form of leasing OPP will enable us to go into the economic mechanism of the Plant’s activity and to develop the optimum alternative of its modernization.
Currently, our experts are preparing a formal request to be submitted to the State Property Fund of Ukraine; it will be documentary evidence of our readiness to take on the OPP lease.
