The owner of DCH holding Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi sold Azot (Cherkasy) to the owner of Groop DF Dmitry Firtash. This decision was made by businessmen in early March 2011. The sum of the deal is not announced, at the same time, Oleksandr Iaroslavskyi said that it had "satisfied" him.
 
Azot is one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine on production of mineral fertilizers, ion-exchange resins, caprolactan and other chemical products. The structure of the Azot includes more than 40 production units, which are located on an area of about 500 ha. Stuff - more than 4 thousand people. When fully loaded Azot is capable of producing annually about 2 million tons of mineral fertilizers and occupies about a quarter of the domestic fertilizer market. High activity of company in the world market allows it to successfully sell products in Europe, Asia and America.
