DCH Group intends by 2012 to complete the construction of residential complex "Vozdvizhenka" in Podol in Kyiv.

As UNIAN correspondent reports, this the president of DCH, the general investor and coordinator of Kharkiv's preparations for Euro-2012 Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy told at a press conference in UNIAN.

"We are doing "Vozdvizhenka" and we expect some growth in property development, then we will develop Podol Business Park (near Frunze and Novokonstantinovskaya streets it is planned the construction of a multifunctional complex «Podol Business Park» - UNIAN). "Vozdvizhenka" is being built constantly. Everything`s in the process, nothing would stop. I think, we`ll finish it within a year (the construction of residential complex - UNIAN)", - he said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, in June 2008, JSC "Trust" Kyivmiskbud-1", named after MP Zagorodniy put into operation about 30 thousand square meters of housing in the neighborhood of "Vozdvizhenka" in Podol in Kyiv.

Of the six stages of construction district three stages were commissioned – parts of the streets Vozdvyzhenska, Degtiarna and Goncharna, which is about a half of the entire complex of apartment buildings. Design work began in 2001, and the construction of the district - in 2003.

The project includes reconstruction of four streets - Goncharna, Vozdvizhenska, Degtiarnaya and Kozhemyatska. It is planned to build 98 two-five-story apartment houses for 398 apartments with total area of 54 thousand square meters, 27 farmstead houses, 7 commercial buildings with area of 37 thousand square meters, the parking lot for 8 thousand square meters. The total area of a complex will be 100 sq m.

DCH Group and OJSC Kyivmiskbud-1, jointly implement the construction of residential complex "Vozdvizhenka" in Kyiev.
