DCH group has sold UkrSibbank`s minority share

On December 2, 2010 the sale of a minority share of JSC UkrSibbank owned by the group companies DCH completed. 18.57% were transferred to the international financial group BNP Paribas, which has previously controlled only 81.42% of shares. As a result BNP Paribas has in its management 99,99% of UkrSibbank shares.

The General director of DCH Group management company Artem Aleksandrov described the transaction as mutually beneficial. "We are pleased with the acquired experience of cooperation with such a large financial world-class institution, which BNP Paribas group is. We are sure that we will continue to cooperate with other financial projects, if it would be mutually desired, and the projects would be commercially interesting,"- said Mr. Aleksandrov.

Under the existing agreement between the DCH Group and BNP Paribas, the amount of the transaction was not announced.

UkrSibbank was founded in 1990. Till 02/12/2010 DCH was the owner of a minority share in 18.57% of the shares.
