International Airport "Kharkiv" continues the construction of "temporary" terminal. According to Transport Portal of Ukraine, the building will look like a new passenger terminal and will be to the right of the old airport terminal. At the time of Euro-2012 in the temporary terminal will be equipped with a reception, control stations, waiting rooms.
The same companies that in the case with the new terminal: project organization LLC Arkstoun and general contractor LLC Stalconstructsiya were designing and building of a temporary terminal. Investment will amount to about $ 5 million. The construction area - 5 thousand 184 square meters. Facility is scheduled to be put into operation to the autumn of 2011.
After the European Football Championships in 2012 the building will be used for other purposes - as a hangar of business aviation: 75% of the area will be taking by the hangar itself, 25% - the showroom of companies representing Ukraine in the interests of manufacturers of aircraft and helicopters.

"DCH" group represented by "New Systems AM" is the operator of the reconstruction of international airport "Kharkiv" and the sole investor in the reconstruction of the airport complex, including the construction of the new terminal, upgrading the old terminal, reconstruction of the airport square, construction of a temporary terminal at the time of the matches of Euro 2012, infrastructure improvements, purchase of machinery and transport. DCH`s total investment - 508,8 mln.
Reconstruction of the airport complex, which includes reconstruction of aprons, runways, installing light signal system, construction of the rescue station, construction of dispatcher tower, is financed by the state budget. Kharkiv airport started to build the new runway in July 2010. State should allocate 1 billion 86 mln for the construction of a new runway, as well as for the reconstruction of the airfield complex.
