Changing the structure of ownership of the network TEC "Karavan"

Kharkiv. March 19. UNIAN. Company DCH IMMO Limited, a member of Aleksander Yaroslavskiy`s DCH Group, Citi Venture Capital International and Apollo completed the settlement of the legal aspects of the ownership structure of network of shopping centers "Karavan" (objects that are in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk).

As we know, 80% of Karavan Real Estate Limited (the managing company of the network) belonged to Kyiv businessmen - former co-owners of businesses, 20% - to funds Citi Venture Capital International, Apollo and several other financial investors. After the closing of the above transaction DCH Group, Citi Venture Capital International and Apollo jointly possess this asset on a parity basis. The operation was completed on mutually beneficial terms for all parties.

Operational management of network TEC "Karavan" will be carried out by DCH Group. The parties agreed to not announce financial terms of the transaction.
