UGDK Group, part of the Alexander Yaroslavsky’ DCH Group, acquired Malodivlinsk Deposit. The transaction was completed on May 31, 2013, assets were not disclosed.

So, at the end of May 2013 Malodivlinsk Deposit was added to the structure of the group's assets. Given to the investment of DCH, aimed at upgrading the current production, operation of a new career will produce up to 500 tons of crushed granite per year ", - said Vitaliy Bash, CEO UGDK.
Malodivlinsk field of granites located in the district Luginsk of Zhytomyr region. Here are produced large-and medium gray and pink-gray granite. Active development of the career began in 2008. Mountain building is equipped with modern crushing equipment by company SANDVIK (Sweden).
"A program of process innovation was developed and approved in 2012 at the UGDK enterprises. In addition to the modernization of production, it provides significant change of management business processes, which will increase in 2015 EBITDA by 30% compared to the baseline in 2012 ", - said Vitaly Bash.
As you know, UGDK manages all non-metal assets of DCH: today it's granite quarries Sosnowski, Pervomai, Kolomoevsky and Yantsevsky, and also five fields Pervomajskij Kadyma, Shvayskoe, Pekarschinskoe, Domolochskoe, Iskorostenskoe. The quarries producestone-crushed stone products and first-class products from granite. Total selling capacity of quarries is more than 50 railroad cars per day.
