On October 12, 2013, in KhTZ stadium (Kharkiv), the second final match of Rugby-15 Championship of Ukraine took place between Olympus (Kharkiv) and Credo-1963 (Odessa). The first final match in Odessa on September 30 ended in a draw, so the game in Kharkiv was crucial.
During the first minutes of the game, both Kharkiv and Odessa teams managed to open and level the score (3:3). In the Kharkiv team, Oleg Kosarev distinguished himself. At the 9th minute, he scored for Olympus additional 7 points and at the 39th minute, he scored a penalty accurately. Since the first half, the score difference between Olympus and Credo-1963 increased to 20:3 for Kharkiv. In the second half, Credo-1963 managed to slightly improve the situation. Vitaliy Kramarenko scored 5 points for his team. However, the sport luck that day was definitely on the side of Olympus. The confident playing of the Kharkiv Club resulted in a total score of 26:8 and brought the team a well-deserved victory and the Cup of Ukraine in Rugby-15.
