The British Court Rejected the Claims of the Russian Company TATNEFT Against Mr Yaroslavskyi

The High Court of England and Wales dismissed the claim of the Russian company PJSC TATNEFT against the owner and President of DCH Aleksandr Yaroslavskyi.

It is stated in the published court ruling.

The judge agreed with the arguments of the defence of Mr Yaroslavskyi and ruled against PJSC TATNEFT on the grounds that PJSC TATNEFT was unable to present reasonable claims, as well as in connection with a failure to meet the time limit for filing the claim.
