Spring in Vozdvizhenka

<P>Construction works in the Vozdvizhenka upscale community are close to completion. Landscaping started in spring: they are making flower beds and constructing children’s playgrounds. For example, in Kozhemyatskaya St. the properties’ construction has been already finished and internal and external finishing works are being carried out now. Vozdvizhenskaya St. is almost totally populated and new residents are now decorating their apartments. The following facilities are already available to the community residents: a travel agency, a bank branch, a winehouse, a dental clinic, and a real estate agency. Soon a restaurant will open to be enjoyed by residents and guests of Vozdvizhenka. An important advantage of the community is its own operational service.</P> <P>By late summer 2009, no construction vehicles will be allowed in the central street of the community. ‘Despite the complicated market situation we strive to provide the most comfortable living conditions for the existing and future residents of the community,’ said the head of the sales department Elena Kolesnik.</P>
