DCH Group expreses it s interest in acquisition of Odessa Port Plant PSC

Despite the fact that the tender of selling Odessa Port Plant PSC block of shares set for December 14, 2016 did not take place, DCH Group would like to express its interest in acquiring the asset. We consider an international consortium to be the best legal and institutional form for doing this. Currently we are negotiating with other businesses interested, large foreign banks among them. Wt are sure that our actions are in full accord with interests of Ukraine's national economy; they will foster the enterprise's balanced development and will strengthen its position on the market.
