Yesterday, rugby club "Olymp" award ceremony took place in Kharkiv on the field of FC Metalist Children and Youth Football Academy (RSC Metalist).

RC "Olymp" for the fourth time in its history, brought to Kharkiv two major rugby trophy in the country - the gold medal and the Cup of Ukraine. The Kharkiv Mayor, Mikhail Dobkin, President of the Rugby Federation of Ukraine Georgiy Djangirian, general sponsor of the club Aleksandr Yaroslavskyyy, president of DCH group have congratulated "Olymp" players and coaches during the solemn ceremony.

"I am sure that this Cup and championship medals are just the beginning of your rugby way. The next step is the international success, the conquest of new hearts, gaining more and more fans and promotion of this wonderful sport. "Olymp", led by their outstanding coach Valeri Kachanov, with the support of fans, a patron of Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy, will reach even greater heights in nearest future, "- said in his opening speech, Georgiy Djangirian.
Michael Dobkin, in his turn, said that the RC "Olymp" is not only the pride and one of the "business cards" in Kharkiv, but it has also become a national treasure. "Another "Olymp" victory is a significant contribution not only to development of Kharkiv, but to the entire national sport" - said the mayor.
