Chinese investors of PJSC Motor Sich sent recourse to the International Arbitration

On December 5, 2020, Chinese investors of PJSC Motor Sich sent recourse to the International Arbitration to the Ukrainian government under the Agreement On the Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investments concluded between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the PRC against the State of Ukraine.
