On March 18, 2008, Aleksandr Yaroslavskуy, the President and the beneficiary of DCH Group, on the invitation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, took part in the first meeting of the Council of Investors, established under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Regulation of CMU No. 37 as of January 24, 2007).
