Tax payments of DCH Group companies amounted to UAH 2,269.48 million in 2024, increasing by UAH 337 million year-on-year. The total tax amount paid by DCH Group companies since the beginning of the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation has reached over UAH 6.12 billion.
The main contributors to the increase in tax deductions were Bank Credit Dnipro and Karavan Megastore, having paid UAH 120 million and UAH 109 million more taxes year-on-year, respectively. Sukha Balka mining company was also among the leaders, scaling up payments by almost UAH 75 million. Deductions to the state budget by Oranta and INGO insurance companies grew by almost UAH 58 million and UAH 55 million, respectively.
Bank Credit Dnipro doubled its loan portfolio in 2024, which consisted of 80% of loans for corporate clients: large companies as well as small and medium-sized businesses. During the last year, the bank cooperated with clients within the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” state program. As of year-end, Bank Credit Dnipro ranked in the TOP 5 banks of Ukraine in terms of the amount of loans granted within “eOselia” affordable mortgage lending program and is one of the leaders among non-state banks.
Insurance payouts of INGO Insurance Company for 2024 increased by 32% and amounted to over UAH 1.08 billion. The company ranked as the best in war risk insurance, 2nd best in the medical insurance segment, and took the 3rd place as a corporate insurance partner. IBI-Rating agency confirmed the financial strength rating of INGO Insurance Company at uaAAifr grade, with “development” forecast. A landmark event for INGO was its inclusion in the EBRD’s innovative war risk insurance program with €110 million guarantee amount enabling the company to use coverage of €50 million.
Insurance payouts of ORANTA Insurance Company rose by 22% and made over UAH 468 million. The company received a number of professional awards: took the 2nd place in third party car insurance (obligatory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners) according to DeloUA rating and TOP100 magazine, and ranked in top ten largest insurance companies in terms of equity, guarantee fund, net insurance premiums and premiums in the voluntary third party car insurance segment according to the Insurance TOP rating for 12 months of 2023. ORANTA Insurance Company was recognized at the 19th All-Ukrainian competition “Insurance Company 2024”. IBI-Rating agency confirmed the company's high financial strength rating at uaAA grade and creditworthiness at uaA grade, with “development” forecast.
Sukha Balka company produced 1 million t of raw ore in 2024; saleable ore production was 917 thousand t. The volume of run-of-mine ore made about 7.7 thousand cbm. The total length of tunneling works reached 93 km. Investments in equipment reconditioning amounted to UAH 43 million.
Dnipro Metallurgical Plant (DMZ) produced 42.9 thousand t of rolled metal in 2024; coke production amounted to 289.1 thousand t. Last year, the enterprise expanded its product range and improved some production technologies. An innovative three-story mine shaft cage with a capacity of 126 people was manufactured. DMZ successfully passed quality management system surveillance audit according to ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management system surveillance audit according to ISO 14001:2015 in 2024. The enterprise also confirmed compliance of the factory in-process monitoring system with the requirements of the EU Construction Products Regulation.
DCH Group companies have participated in helping the civilians and the military. They rendered assistance to a number of charitable foundations and hospitals, including for reconstruction of Okhmatdyt hospital. The Group provided financial aid to employees who have suffered from shelling, were undergoing rehabilitation after injuries or have lost members of their family.
Besides charitable contributions, assistance to the military was rendered through purchase of satellite systems and charging stations, transfer of cargo vehicles, shipment of stone screening dust for construction of protective structures, etc.
The total contribution of DCH Group companies to charity and assistance to the military amounted to more than UAH 23.5 million in 2024.
Today, DCH Group companies employ more than 7,100 people. 896 employees of the Group joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 63 of them, regrettably, died.
