Works on the construction of a five star hotel Kharkiv Palace are going to the end. To date, almost entire glass facade of the building is ready. Only a small piece of the site where the building elevator is located, were not finished yet. At the intersection of the Trinklera street and Pravdy avenue they continue assembling structures for the main entrance to the hotel. It`s expected to be completed until October 5.
Other external works are only the construction of summer cafe, located on the roof of a two-storey part of the complex. The frame and dome of the building are ready. Construction crews are busy installing facade systems, integration of engineering systems and electrics.
Most of the work is done already inside of the hotel. In a two-storey part of Kharkiv Palace builders` attention is focused on the entertainment center and ballroom. In the near future it is planned to finish the public areas, and then proceed to the installation of panels in a small conference room and restaurant.
Inside the high-altitude part of the complex the main priority now is finishing works. In the atrium they complete the installation of marble, prepare for the installation of handrails. Elevators and lifting equipment have already been brought to the object. Also the plumbing has been delivered, builders should soon begin its installation. The ceiling in a sky bar and the swimming pool is being finalized. They almost finished laying the tiles in the corridors of rooms. According to the builders, the next stage of work in the rooms will be the final preparations for wallpaper installation. In addition, the floors in rooms are ready for laying carpet. But this kind of work is planned for later - just before installing the furniture.
As previously reported, the commissioning of hotel and the opening ceremony of Kharkiv Palace is scheduled for December 5 this year. All works on the construction of the hotel are going ahead of schedule.
The volume of investments of Aleksander Yaroslavskiy in the hotel's construction was $ 126 million, while total investment in facilities that DCH group is preparing for Euro 2012, was $ 288.9 million

Kharkiv Palace 5 * is the object of the program of Kharkiv's preparations for Euro 2012, implemented by DCH group since 2007. This is the first hotel in Kharkiv, which was originally designed on the "five star" standards. Its capacity is 180 rooms. The hotel complex – these are the underground level (parking for 54 seats) and 13 floors above ground. On the ground floor of the Kharkiv Palace 5 * there are lobby, shopping and entertainment facilities, a cafe, a lobby bar. On the second floor – there are the restaurant, function rooms, business center and administrative areas of the hotel. From 3 to 10 floor are located hotel rooms, including the Presidential three-room Suite on the Executive Floor. On the top floor there will be SPA-center and a club-restaurant with a panoramic view of the Svobody Square.
The total Aleksander Yaroslavskiy`s investment in the construction of Kharkiv Palacev5* was $ 126 million.
