Comprehensive approach to preparing Kharkiv for Euro-2012 aroused interest among the participants of the Poznan International Conference. According to Natalia Roganova, the head of the information department of the Kharkiv City Council press office and the conference participant, today, during the second conference day, all the participating cities which are to host the EURO-2012 matches have presented their investment projects. The conference participants showed interest in the Kharkiv project because the city deals with all the issues comprehensively. For instance, it is not just reconstructing a stadium, but is developing a whole Metallist-City complex including a stadium, a football academy for children, and a sports and entertainment center (the key investor of the project is DCH Group). The historic center of the city is also to be reconstructed.
