August-September: Fly from Kharkiv to Ashgabat

In August and September 2012 from the International Airport "Kharkiv" will be carried out a number of direct charter flights to the capital of Turkmenistan - Ashgabat. This was reported by the airport management.

"After the reconstruction carried out in preparation of Kharkiv for Euro 2012, our airport is able to take the aircrafts Boeing 767 and Airbus A-310of type. Certainly, it has widened our geography of direct flights from Kharkiv to various towns in the continent. Confirmation of this is another new direction: flights to Ashgabat. For now we are talking about one-off charter flights, but we do not rule out that the new direction will be appreciated by passengers. This, in turn, will allow us to begin negotiations on the organization of regular flights," - said Volodymyr Vasilchenko, General Director of "New Systems AM" (the operating company of the International Airport "Kharkiv", is a member of Aleksander Yaroslavskiy`s DCH Group).

According to him, the first charter flights will be made on August 21, August 28, September 4, September 11 and September 18. The flights will carried out by Turkmenistan Airlines on Boeing 737 type aircrafts.
