Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy: Kharkiv showed an example of a perfect team game to the whole world

General investor of preparation of Kharkiv for Euro-2012, President of the DCH Group Aleksandr Yaroslavsky thanked Kharkiv citizens for their support and patriotism:<BR>“Today we can congratulate ourselves on a new red letter day – May 13, 2009 – which convinced us that Kharkov would see a major football event. <BR>“The fact that Kharkiv is on the final list of the Ukrainian cities that will host Euro-2012 matches is primarily due to Kharkiv citizens, their enthusiasm and self-confidence. <BR>“Therefore I wish to express gratitude to all those people who had no doubt about our success, those who wanted the “first capital” to win. It was due to your support that Kharkov showed an example of a perfect team game to Europe and to the whole world, the game in which all personal ambitions were put aside, and all efforts and resources were aimed at achieving one important common goal.<BR>“I am sure that in future the Kharkiv citizens’ ability to work as a team will allow us to host Euro-2012 matches at a high level and will leave a very positive impression of Kharkiv and Ukraine on our guests.”<BR>
