INGO Insurance Company
INGO is licensed in 18 categories of insurance and has been rendering insurance services both to individuals and companies for 30 years. Ukrainian business group DCH has been its main shareholder since 2017. INGO is one of the largest insurance companies in Ukraine in terms of the amount of premiums, equity assets, and the amounts of insurance coverage. Its network includes 25 branches, 5 offices, and 9 customer service centers operating in all regions of Ukraine.
INGO fully complies with the NBU requirements concerning transparency of the ownership structure, compliance with the standards of solvency, capital adequacy, and risk management, and maintains a good business standing of its owners and management. Its liquidity indexes testify to the high ability of INGO to promptly and completely pay its liabilities, including those under the concluded insurance contracts.
On July 11, 2024, the IBI-Rating agency confirmed the long-term credit rating of INGO at the level of uaАА to reflect its stable market standing, balanced portfolio, stable dynamics of premiums, and acceptable capitalization and performance indicators. According to IBI-Rating, INGO continues showing substantial growth rates.
The company is a full member of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU), Union of Insurers “Nuclear Insurance Pool”, American Chamber of Commerce (ACC), European Business Association (EBA), National Association of Ukrainian Insurers (NAUI) and International Chamber of Commerce.
For the period of its activity, INGO has received a number of industry awards, among which are repeated winning places in the nomination “The Most Professional Insurance Company”. The Compny’s Chairman of the Board has been recognized the Person of the Year in the insurance market.

Insurance payouts of INGO in 2024 increased by 32% and amounted to over UAH 1.08 bln. A landmark event for INGO has become involvement in the innovative program of war risk insurance by EBRD with the amount of warranties of EUR 110 mln , The company is entrusted to operate a coverage of EUR 50 mln.
IBI-Rating confirmed the high financial strength rating of INGO at the level of uaAAifr, with the “in development” forecast.
