On November 3, 2022, the mass media spread the judgment of the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan (the Russian Federation) regarding the arrest in absentia of Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi, Owner and President of DCH.
In February 2021, the High Court of Justice in London already issued a verdict on the case referred to in this judgment and rejected the claim of the Russian company Tatneft against the Ukrainian businessmen according to the results of a comprehensive five-year (2016–2021) and thorough investigation. Currently, Tatneft has no legal grounds for any claims against the defendants.
Accordingly, the judgment of the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan (the Russian Federation) has to be considered exclusively as illegal persecution driven by the current political situation rather than a legal position.
