In February 2021, DCH Group completed the acquisition of LeBoutique, one of the leading online fashion retail operators in Ukraine. The company was founded in 2010. Business is carried out under Internet marketplace business model
LeBoutique is one of the most popular online shopping platforms among Ukrainians in the field of clothing, bags, footwear, and accessories. At various times, the company was awarded the Best Online Store awards as part of the Choice of the Year rating project and the Best Multibrand Store according to the results of consumer voting within the Ukrainian People's Award project.
LeBoutique has got custom apps for Android and iOS. Every month, the Internet platform fixes 1.2 million visits of interested buyers. It includes more than 900 brands represented by more than 600 suppliers.
DCH's investment in LeBoutique is a logical continuation of the group's strategy of developing online sales channels in addition to existing offline marketplaces. Development within DCH will allow LeBoutique to strengthen its market position by creating a technologically friendly online service for users, as well as synergy with other assets of the group (Karavan SEC, etc.).
