The XXI Century company used to be one of the Ukrainian leading developers. Working in real estate since 1999, it set up, developed and managed the projects in various segments, such as trade centers, offices, hotels, logistic centers, and residential sector. The company’s stocks were traded at the LSE from December 2005 till December 2013 (USD 139 was raised at 35,7%).
When the company was part of DCH, it managed to increase its presence at the market and expand its project portfolio.
DCH Group of Companies left the project in 2014.
