Kyivstar PJSC is one of the largest telecommunication operators in the Ukrainian market. It provides communication and data services based on a broad range of mobile and fixed-line technologies, including 3G and 4G (LTE). The company’s mobile network covers all of the Ukrainian cities and over 28 thousand villages. In 2016, Kyivstar PJSC was included into the rating of 500 biggest companies of Central and Eastern Europe (according to Deloitte, an American consulting group).
When DCH participated in managing the asset (14% of shares), the enterprise was in its formative stage. The businessman’s investment made it possible to go through this stage successfully and to eventually become one of the Ukrainian telecommunications giants.
Today, Kyivstar PJSC is part of the VEON international telecom group (the Netherlands), owing to a number of equity transactions.
