On June 5, 2008 the Research and Analysis Director of DCH IM Asset Management Company Andrey Fomenko delivered a speech on Investments in the Euro 2012: Prospects and Possibilities (with DCH projects used as examples) in the Big Business Prospects in Ukraine section at the 5th Investment Forum “Ukraine 2008: Reality and Prospects.”
“Economies of host countries of prestigious international contests have an opportunity to receive a powerful impetus for further development,” pointed out Mr. Fomenko. “That’s why the flawless organization of the Euro 2012 is extremely important for Ukraine. For this, it’s necessary for all of Ukrainian society to join forces. The most powerful national companies, in particular, should help this country by investing in the construction of Euro 2012 venues. DCH Group specialists in cooperation with world famous consulting companies drew up a programme of Kharkiv’s preparation for the Euro 2012. The programme includes construction and reconstruction of various properties which are of great importance to the city, such as Metallist Regional Sport Complex, Kharkiv International Airport and others.”
At the same section meeting, representatives of such leading companies as Ukrtelecom, Turboatom, MosCityGroup, Concern Stirol, and Zakhidenergo also delivered their speeches.
