FKM-4 Company, a member of the DCH group, obtained the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission's licence to open a casino in the five-star luxury hotel Kharkiv Palace.
“To grant LLC FKM-4 a licence confirming the compliance of the premises for the organization and conduct of gambling in a gambling establishment with the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine On State Regulation of Activities for the Organization and Conduct of Gambling, located on the first floor and in a group of mezzanine premises above the first floor of the Kharkiv Palace Hotel,” stated in the decision of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission.
The total area that had been tested for compliance with standards for the opening and operation of the casino will be over 1,300 square meters.
Under the decision of the Commission, FKM-4 will receive the relevant documents within five days. At the same time, information on the licence issuance will be officially published on the gambling regulator's official website.
